Terms & Conditions

1. Web site development:
   1. New site terms: _____
      1. down payment of ½ of total estimated project
      2. 2nd payment midway
      3. final payment and final expenses paid at completion and before go live
   2. Updates (if not being hosted on our servers):
      1. monthly contract according to amount of changes and corrections during a month and ___
         1. invoiced on the 10th of each month due on last day of same month or
      2. down payment of $250+ depending on scope of changes or updates and ___
         1. down load of complete site on our server to do updates (and for viewing by client) and
         2. updates go live at time of final approval and payment
   3. Updates (if hosted on our servers):
      1. monthly contract according to amount of changes and corrections during a month and___
         1. invoiced on the 10th of each month due on last day of same month
      2. or hourly rate of $65/hr each time an update is needed and ___
         1. payment of invoice due upon receipt
   4. All websites are property of client unless payment is not received.
   5. All URL's registered by us for clients are the property of client unless payment is not received.
   6. If site has been allowed to go live prior to payment the site will be removed from server if payment is not received within terms of said invoice.

   
   I have initialed the terms and conditions I will be using in working with Designdotcom, LLC. I agree to the above initialed items.

Anyone wanting to work with Designdotcom, LLC needs to sign the above agreement before moving forward with the appropriate terms initialed and an understanding of conditions for all clients if not adhered to during a project.
